Peter Mason

Principal of England & Co. Qualified in 1976 as a solicitor.

Undertakes all types of family work but specialises in Public Law Children Act proceedings acting for parents and children. A member of the Law Society's Children Panel.

Kevin Reynolds

Kevin specialises in wills and probate. He has been dealing with such work for over 25 years and has built an established clientele in the local area. Kevin can help with all aspects including Power of Attorney, appointing guardians for children, property trusts and dealing with Court of Protection matters.

Gary Leverett

Qualified in 1981 as a solicitor.

Undertakes all types of general litigation but Gary specialises in personal injury and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury lawyers. Gary also deals with housing matters, including local authority eviction, Land Law and Tenant problems, licensing, debt and contract matters. Gary was the President of the Local Law Society in 2004.

Peter Bingham

Qualified in 1974 as a solicitor.

Peter has a great deal of experience dealing with Family Law work including divorce, finances, domestic violence, general separation, and children including public law child care.

Vicky Smith

Vicky is training to be a legal executive in the family department. She provides advice and assistance in most areas of family law and welfare benefit problems.

Rebecca Hemmings

Rebecca is a solicitor. She works in the conveyancing department under the supervision of Lorna Anderson and Chris Smyth

Michelle

Michelle is Gary Leverett's secretary in the Civil Litigation and Personal Injury department.

Marion

Marion is Peter Mason's secretary working in the Family department. She is a member of the Quaysiders which is an amateur dramatic group based in Lowestoft

Denise

Denise was the secretary of Michael Stubbs when he was the principal of England and Co. She was then Lorna Anderson's secretary but now assists all fee earners in Great Yarmouth.

Yvonne

Yvonne is Great Yarmouth's receptionist.

Alan

Alan is the firm's Accountant and Office Manager. He has been with us since about July 1997. He worked for Derrick Garwood & Co prior to that time. He is a Fellow of the International Association of Bookkeepers.

Edith

Edith is our new assistant cashier.
