Chris Smyth

Qualified in 1991 as a solicitor.

Chris is our conveyancing solicitor in Great Yarmouth dealing with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.Chris is also involved in commercial, financial and employment matters and advises charities/social enterprises on legal matters relating to formation, management and governance (ie trading subsidiaries/ Community Interest Companies). Before joining England & Co in June 2006, Chris was employed by a registered charity for over 7 years in the role of chief executive. He has considerable experience of accessing Government/European funding resources, as well as practical knowledge of grant-making trusts and the Charity Commission
