Qualified in 1976 as a solicitor.Principal of England & Co. A member of the Law Society's Children Panel. Peter deals with family work in general but mainly:-

• Finances ancillary to divorce
• Cohabitation separation
• Private law Children matters

Kevin specialises in wills and probate. He has been dealing with such work for over 25 years and has built an established clientele in the local area. Kevin can help with all aspects including Power of Attorney, appointing guardians for children, property trusts and dealing with Court of Protection matters.

Vicky has been with the firm for many years and is a Graduate of the Institute of Legal Executives (G.Inst.L.Ex) and works in the Matrimonial Department. Vicky deals with the following:-

• Private law Children matters
• Divorce
• Finances on all relationship breakdowns
• Domestic violence and harassment

Rebecca qualified in 2008. She deals with:-

• House Purchase/Sale - Leasehold and Tenancies
• Wills
• Lasting Power of Attorney

Alan is the firm's Accountant and Office Manager. He has been with us since about July 1997. He worked for Derrick Garwood & Co prior to that time. He is a Fellow of the International Association of Bookkeepers.

Julie is a trainee legal executive. She deals with:-

• Housing problems including landlord and tenant, eviction, etc
